KROHM OS

The desk runs on it.

The system behind KROHM — listings, documents, investor analysis and the compliance record, in one place. Built so the licence is protected by how the software works rather than by everyone remembering the rules.

What it does

Built around the licence.

A brokerage runs on its RERA registration. Most property software treats that as paperwork stored alongside the real work; here it decides what the software will let an agent do.

01

Isolated per brokerage

Each brokerage gets its own database. Two customers cannot read each other’s rows because they are not in the same database — isolation is structural, not a filter someone has to remember to apply.

02

Signing is gated, not trusted

An agent with no broker card on file, or an expired one, produces unsigned drafts. The block sits in the permission layer, so it cannot be skipped by taking a different route through the app.

03

Your BRN, and only yours

A document can only ever be signed under the requesting agent’s own broker registration number. This is the line that protects the licence: it stops one agent’s deal going out under another agent’s number.

04

A record that cannot be edited quietly

Every action is written to a hash-chained log where each entry seals the one before it. Altering or deleting history breaks the chain visibly. Tamper behaviour was tested directly, including an insider edit and a deletion.

05

Private workspace per agent

Broker cards, signatures and stamps live in a private area only that agent can open. Files stream through an authenticated request rather than a shareable link, so removing an agent removes their access at that moment.

06

One set of rules, every channel

The portal and the WhatsApp adapter run the same instructions, so an agent gets the same answer and the same refusals wherever they ask. Compliance rules are written once.

KROHM OS · Skills

The work, drafted.

Four tools an agent uses daily. Each one refuses to invent a number — a missing figure comes back marked, not filled in with something plausible.

Listing copy

Property details into broadcast-ready WhatsApp messages. Never states a yield or service charge that was not supplied.

Co-broker agreements

A2A drafts with parties, commission split and non-circumvention. Refuses to proceed when the split does not total 100%.

Investor analysis

Gross and net yield, full acquisition cost including DLD and agency fees, and the position at 50/60/70% LTV. Assumptions listed before results.

Market writing

Market notes, listing features and guides in the KROHM voice. Marks any figure it was not given rather than inventing one.

Where it is. The portal is built and deployed, and access is being rolled out to KROHM agents. The WhatsApp channel is next — routing and refusal logic are in place, and documents will return a portal review link rather than a finished signed file.

Access

For KROHM agents.
